well i was putting on my rear lower tie bar. i thought it would be as easy as taking off the 2 bolts but i forgot i had to jack up the part under the brake, now the holes dont align. how to the heck do i fix this? **** i feel like an idiot well heres pretty much my day went just installed my 7500K Halos yesterday....SO BADASS!!! ..but i cant see **** at night..blah well its good enough ![]() o0o0o0o0o then came the ties megan racing to be exact ![]() wasnt really feeling the blue so... ![]() Red :P and without the plastic covering the label ![]() dang thats tight...i know.. ![]() one down one to go WOOHOO!! .. and heres when my day turned to **** after taking off that plastic diffuser thing under the trunk the car, i proceeded to remove one of the tie bolts. thinking it would be just like the front, i was terribly mistaken ![]() after that bolt that you see that half ass out, the arm popped out of place. im thinkin, "o ****, thats not good". so my main concern was putting it back into place. after 2 hours of "jack up and down" combinations, i got it half way in. but its not enough for the grooves to meet the screw what to do now?! ![]() ![]() I beg to difffer. Mine fits fine, comes nowhere close to the downpipe. As for getting those holes to line up, borrow a jackstand to hold up your car, then use the jack to raise/lower, the lower control arm into place for the bolt to fit properly. |

you coul tied it to the rear lower arm control or the rim. By pulling and a help with a friend it should work.1 guy start pulling while the other try to position the bolt back in, you may need a jack to lift it up and down on the lower arm. |

Uhm...your paint will flake off shortly. You do need to lightly sand the entire surface that you'll be applying paint. Especially to a piece that will see soo much weather...
